General information

The cottage is normally booked for periods of a week with a changeover day on Friday. We offer check in from 4pm on arrival day and ask that you vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure. This gives us sufficient time to clean thoroughly between lets.

At low seasons we are able to offer short breaks with minimum of 2 nights.

The price we quote is for sole use of the cottage for up to four people (plus a baby in travel cot) and includes electricity and gas.

We accept up to two well behaved dogs and reserve the right to charge £30 for additional cleaning at the end of your stay.

Bookings

To make a firm booking we ask for a £100 non-refundable deposit to be paid and once this has been received, your booking will be confirmed to you.

Six weeks (42 days) before your arrival date, the balance of the booking is payable.

Payments can be made by debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or online bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled less than six weeks (42 days) before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 42 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to £100 per booking will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

At present we are trying to be as flexible as possible with our future guests and are proud that we have refunded or transferred booking deposits for guests that have been unable to enjoy their holiday due to forced closure.
