  •  Tyn Y Fron is a stone built cottage built in 1867. It is situated on the lower slopes of Mount Garmon, accessed by a private drive with a slight incline off the A470

  • There is a bus route that runs along the A470 towards Llandudno to the north and Blaenau Ffestiniog to the south

  • The Conwy Valley Line train station is in Betws-y-Coed and is a seven minute walk away along a tarmac footpath. The line connects at Llandudno Junction with mainline trains to Holyhead or south to London Euston

  • Liverpool and Manchester airports are around a 90 minute drive away

  • There is a private car park with two spaces allocated to the cottage

  • From the main car park space for the cottage the ground floor of the cottage can be accessed via a single width doorway and a single step into a small lobby/hallway. The stairs to the first floor rise up in front to the lounge, bathroom and kitchen. On either side of the hallway on the level are each of the two bedrooms

  • The second parking space is adjacent to the kitchen window on the first floor. From the parking space there is level access to the kitchen door with a single step up into the kitchen

  • There are three steps on the first floor between the hallway and kitchen

  • All windows are double glazed

  • The heating is via radiators and a gas fired boiler

  • The ground and first floor is laminate flooring with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom which are tiled.  The stairs are fully carpeted.
