We provide everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The cottage layout is “upside down” to make the most of the views of the garden and the valley with all its glorious trees and colour. On the first floor is the lounge along with the bathroom and kitchen. On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, a king size double and twin room. In summary the accommodation provides:

• A large lounge with A framce ceiling, comfortable leather sofas with views of the garden and valley beyond

• Large flat screen television (with Freeview channels), DVD player and Alexa. Free wifi is available throughout

• Fitted kitchen/diner. Appliances include dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, electric hob and fan oven, table and chairs

• Two bedrooms; the main room is a king size and the second room has two single beds

• Fully tiled bathroom with bath and electric shower over. Bathroom cabinet, light and shaver socket, full height heated towel rail

• Boot drier to ensure your boots are ready for the next day

• Garden and private patio area with table and chairs and BBQ

• Private parking for two cars

• For young guests we can provide a stairgate, highchair and travel cot (please bring your own linen)

• Bicycles and other sports equipment can be locked in our garage overnight

• We do not allow smoking within the cottage but you are welcome to smoke anywhere in our extensive garden
