Tyn-y-fron Cottage is a stone built property built in 1860 as an artist's studio on the lower slopes of Mount Garmon, accessed is by a lane (with a slight incline) off the A470. We are close to a bus route and the railway station is only a seven minute walk away in Betws-y-Coed. Liverpool and Manchester airports are both under hour and a half drive away.

You enter the cottage on the higher level via the Kitchen with a fully tiled floor. Three steps up to the lounge and bathroom which is also fully tiled. The open plan lounge has wood flooring throughout, Electric panel radiators and a fan assisted fire in the stone fireplace. There is good lighting for reading and softer mood lighting from lamps. The bedrooms one twin one double are down carpeted stairs (with a hand rail) from the lounge. Each bed room has wood flooring electric heating and good lighting. These rooms can also be accessed from the court yard.

CANCELLATION POLICY TYN Y FRON COTTAGE
Deposit of one hundred pounds is due on booking and is non returnable. The total of the holiday will be taken on arrival. We advise all guest to take out travel insurance against cancellations.
If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 60 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 100 GBP per booking will be made.
